At Glowithm, we take pride in delivering your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, options, and what to expect once you place your order.
Where We Ship
We proudly ship across the United States, as well as to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Asia, and other international destinations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, just email us at hello@glowithm.com — we’ll do our best to make it happen.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer two options:
- Standard Shipping – Free on all orders
- DHL Express – Flat rate of $20 USD for faster delivery
When will my order ship?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
How long does delivery take?
We work hard to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Estimated delivery times by region:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
- DHL Express: 3–5 business days
Australia & New Zealand
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
- DHL Express: 3–5 business days
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
- DHL Express: 3–5 business days
United Kingdom & Europe
- Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days
- DHL Express: 5–8 business days
Asia (e.g. Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea)
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- DHL Express: 2–4 business days
These are estimated delivery times. Customs clearance and courier delays may affect final arrival, but we’ll always keep you updated.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Standard Shipping: Yes
DHL Express: No — DHL requires a physical address
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
Please make sure your shipping info is correct when checking out. If a package gets returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it once a new shipping fee is covered.
Do I need to pay customs or duties?
For U.S. customers, all taxes are included in the price you see. There are no import duties or additional fees — what you see is what you pay.
For Australian and New Zealand customers, GST is included in your order total, so no additional tax will be charged on delivery. However, import duties are not included and may apply if your order exceeds the local duty-free threshold — for example, if you purchase multiple units in one shipment.
For customers in other countries, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your region’s regulations. These fees are not included in your Glowithm order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
