At Glowithm, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept eligible returns within 60 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

  • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery and shipped back within 14 days of approval.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging, including all accessories and instructions.
  • Used items cannot be returned due to the intimate nature of the product and for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and sharing tracking details with us.
  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Items marked final sale are still eligible for return if unused and unopened, but will be refunded at the sale price only.
  • Returned items must be in good condition. If any components are missing, used, or damaged, the cost of the affected parts will be deducted from your refund.
  • Glowithm reserves the right to make the final decision on the approval or denial of any return request.

Warranty Policy

All Glowithm™ devices are backed by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

If your Glowithm™ 4-in-1 Light Therapy Pad stops working due to a manufacturer’s defect, we will provide a one-time free replacement within the warranty period.

🔧 What’s Covered:

  • One-time replacement for confirmed manufacturer defects
  • Warranty coverage is valid for 6 months from the original purchase date
  • Applies only to Glowithm™ devices purchased through our official website

⚠️ What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, accidents, or modification
  • Loss, theft, or cosmetic wear from regular use
  • Use with unauthorized accessories or improper charging
  • Repairs by unauthorized service providers
  • Skincare products or third-party accessories

📦 How to Submit a Claim:
Please contact us at hello@glowithm.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo or video of the problem
  • In some cases, the original device must be returned for inspection before a replacement is issued.

🔒 Additional Terms:

  • Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
  • Glowithm is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
  • All implied warranties, including fitness and merchantability, are limited to the 6-month warranty period.
  • Glowithm reserves the right to determine eligibility and the appropriate course of action for all warranty claims.
